Overview
BAND is a non-profit member organization that advocates for affordable housing and community economic development in Broward County.
Our mission is to foster nonprofits that create quality housing and strong neighborhoods; to work collaboratively; and to create decent housing that is affordable to low- and moderate-income people in a non-discriminatory manner.

HOMES Inc. has proven to be a valuable organization within Broward County. Since 1999, with HOMES's first development project in Washington Park, the organization has established itself to be an agent of positive change with in Broward County.

Rental Housing
Interested in renting? BAND member organizations have high quality affordable rental housing available. BC Community Land Trust and Urban League of Broward County provide rental housing for low-to-moderate income individuals and families.
